We at Conveniently Healthy, LLC (referred to as “Conveniently Healthy,” “We,” “Us”, “Our”) respect your concerns about your privacy.  This Privacy Statement describes the information and Our use of information We may collect from you, Our customers generally, and users of this website (“Site”), as provided below.  It is Our policy to use information We collect from or about you in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Statement.

This Privacy Statement is effective from the date indicated above and is further governed by the Terms of Use for the Site.  By clicking “Agree” under the Terms of Use or otherwise using the Site or completing a purchase through this Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement.

b. How We Collect Information from you.  

i. Registration. In order to purchase Our Products you may choose to create an account with Us through the Site. As part of the registration process, you may be asked to provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, and to create a username and password.

ii. Purchases. If you wish to purchase Products from Us, We will require sufficient information to complete your purchase, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and your credit card or other payment card information.

2. Information that Third Parties May Collect.

6. Privacy Rights of California Residents. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits Our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from Us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) We disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which We shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. 7. Changes to this Privacy Statement. We will occasionally update this Privacy Statement to reflect changes in Our practices and services. We will post any updated Privacy Statement on the Site with a notice advising of changes. You may cancel your account within thirty (30) days following the date the revised Privacy Statement is posted by contacting Us using the contact information provided at the beginning of this Privacy Statement. If you choose to cancel your account within this thirty (30) day period, you will not be bound by the terms of the revised Privacy Statement, but you will be bound by the terms of this Privacy Statement.
