If your returned item is out of stock, a Conveniently Healthy representative will contact you to suggest an alternative product or provide a refund.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
It may take up to 30 days to process and ship exchanges. For returns exceeding $50.00 in value, we recommend using a qualified shipper who can provide you with a tracking number and insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned items.
Cancelling an Order
Cancellation requests for online orders placed through our website need to be submitted to Customer Service right away by completing our return form. Make sure to select the “reason for return” as Cancelling online order. A 24 hour notice is in place for all E Commerce shipments to give ample time to communicate the change with our warehouses. If the cancellation is outside of the 24 hour window, Customer Service may not be able to guarantee the cancellation or issue a full refund.
